Named for the seaside town in County Cork, this is about as basic as you can get. Imagine a gin and tonic but made with whiskey. It works rather well!
1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
tonic water
lime wedge
Build drink in a highball glass with ice starting with whiskey, top with tonic water, and garnish with lime wedge.
