Bunratty Peg

This is the beginning of an Irish whiskey thread in honor of St. Patrick's Day and my upcoming article on St. Patrick's Day "Dos and Don'ts."

This is a version of the Rusty Nail but for Irish whiskey:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Irish Mist, Bushmills Irish Honey or The Knot
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or with ice cubes in an Old Fashioned glass.
