The Balmoral Martini

  • 2 oz. Bombay (Sapphire pictured) Gin
  • A dash of dry vermouth
  • Several dashes of blended scotch
Shake above ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Float several dashes of blended scotch on top, and twist lemon peel into the glass.
